How to get a repeat prescription

pharmacist_4 We have a computerised repeat prescription service. Repeat prescriptions are normally for patients with long-term conditions who receive regular treatment. Your doctor (or nurse practitioner) will decide who can have a repeat presecription.

From time to time we will ask you to see your doctor (nurse practitioner) to review your medication. We do this to monitor your illness and medication.

You can ask for a repeat prescription by sending the detachable counter slip by post or at Reception or in the surgery letter box. Please tick the box for the item that you require.

Please allow at least 72 hours before collection at the surgery. We cannot take telephone requests for repeat prescriptions because of the possibility of error.

The practice has introduced Online repeat prescription requests facilities, please ask at Reception.
